When printing objects of more complex shapes, pad printing with high-quality and durable coverage comes into play. The technology is suitable for the vast majority of plastic, metal, wood or paper products. It will create high-quality and durable spot colors. It is not primarily intended for printing rotary objects such as glasses and cups. It will not be able to print them “all the way around”, but it adapts perfectly to printing in parts.
Promotional items
We have been on the market since 1991 and specialize in printing promotional items that we are able to mark in our own production, both for small series and for quantities of hundreds of thousands.
Popular promotional items include pens and pencils, which are an integral part of every company and remain in customers’ hands for a long time. Lighters, still very popular, provide an ideal surface for logo printing.
For mugs, we offer screen printing for large series and sublimation technology for smaller numbers of pieces, which also allows for photo printing. Key chains and bottle openers are other popular promotional items that remind you of your brand for a long time.
Business cards and flyers
Business cards are printed on high-quality 300g paper using a professional Xerox C75 printer. The standard size of a business card is 90×50 mm and production starts from 120 pieces.
Each order is delivered in a wooden box, which not only makes it easier to take out the business cards, but also beautifully decorates the table. After printing, the business cards are cut on a digitally controlled EBA485 EP cutter. In addition to business cards, we also offer printing of flyers on various types of paper, most often on 130g glossy paper using Xerox C75 laser technology, up to SRA3 size.
For printing posters and other outputs larger than SRA3, we use a Roland solvent inkjet printer with a maximum print width of 130 cm.
Stickers, Signs and Posters
Stickers and signs are produced on modern machines that allow for both printing and material processing. Plastic and paper stickers can be cut to any shape, and are available with white or transparent backgrounds.
Engraved and laser-cut signs are made from plastic and aluminum and are ideal for signs, stands or door and cabinet markings. Aluminum signs can be engraved and filled with colors, while sublimated signs on sheet metal with a lacquered finish provide durable, high-quality graphic printing.
