Screen printing

Screen printing is the most common technology used for printing flat materials. It is particularly suitable for series of hundreds of pieces or more. It is possible to print from the smallest motifs to prints several meters long. Our experience in this field is extensive, we have been engaged in screen printing since 1993.

In our machine park you will find both manual screen printing machines and machine screen printing. We have machines for printing flat products as well as rotary products such as cups, glasses and jars for the cosmetics industry.

We have been engaged in serial production using screen printing since the beginning of the company’s existence. Until the transition to cheaper stickers, we were the main supplier of printing for the Czech cosmetic company Ryor.

Nowadays, we can mention, for example, products from Prusa Research, for which we print covers for very successful 3D printers.

What is screen printing and how does it work

Screen printing is a technology suitable mainly for flat surfaces. However, it is also possible to print slightly rounded (slightly curved sheet metal) or rotating surfaces (cup), but the surface must always be continuous and uninterrupted. The principle is to push the color through a partially covered screen. This way we achieve precise shapes and it is possible to create very precise full-color registrations. We also use screen printing technology for flocking (suede) of textiles or paper, when we screen print the adhesive in the desired shape.

Materials that can be printed

The possibilities are huge – textiles, plastics, metal, glass, paper, wood – practically anything can be screen printed – only the surface must be suitable. In general, we use screen printing mainly for larger prints. Pad printing is more suitable for smaller sizes.
