We produce 3D logos for the interior or exterior walls of buildings on a large-format COMAGRAV milling machine. The most common material for the production of these decorations is extruded polystyrene. Currently, our machinery allows us to process both 2D and 3D graphics on objects up to 2 x 3 m in size.
In our company we offer both flat logos – a simple cutout from extruded polystyrene, and 3D logos, where even the front wall of the font is shaped.
The logo is more demanding to produce, but the resulting plastic effect is unattainable with the usual wire cutting method.
We produce 3D signs both for interior spaces, such as offices, entrance halls or meeting rooms, and for the exterior walls of buildings, where they create an unmistakable building sign.
3D production of large parts
The maximum dimensions of the part that we can mill at once are 3x2m. We can glue the boards together, so the resulting product can be even larger.
Logo coloring
We will be happy to paint logos milled from extruded polystyrene in the shade you want, for example according to the RAL sample. The colors are resistant to external influences.
Placing the logo on the wall
A logo made of polystyrene is very light, so it can be easily glued directly to the wall.
Our machines for milling and engraving
The biggest darling is the COMAGRAV milling machine with a useful area of approximately 2×3 m. The maximum height of the milled part is around 10-15 cm.
A smaller engraving machine from the Italian company Venture has dimensions of 60×40 cm.
The third machine is the xxxxxx, thanks to which we can engrave or engrave with a diamond even into round objects.
