About us

  • Our company was founded in 1991 as a sole proprietorship. In that year, it timidly began experimenting with pad printing technology on a single-colour MORLOCK machine.
  • In 1992, it started to increase its workload, especially in the field of promotional item printing, and acquired its first four-colour machine.
  • During 1993, the company entered the screen printing market in both flat and textile printing. At that time, the company had an average of up to 10 employees (it regularly printed, for example, umbrellas with a diameter of over 5 metres).
  • In 1994, the company equipped itself with its first semi-automatic screen-printing machines and began printing cosmetic packaging for the well-known Czech company Ryor a.s.
  • In 1995, the machinery was expanded to include hot stamping machines, both flat and rotary. At the beginning of 1995, the company was transformed into a limited liability company – Jelínek s.r.o. – and the number of employees increased to approximately 40 during the year.
  • With the growing number of printing orders, the workforce increased to 60–70 employees.
  • Since 1997, the company has been engaged in engraving technology, both on flat surfaces and on shaped objects.
  • Thanks to increased productivity and serial production, the number of employees was reduced to 45 by 1999, while turnover continued to grow.
  • In 2001, we purchased a new production facility, where in 2002 we placed serial production of fuser flocking technology for industrial Xerox copiers.
  • In 2005, we launched a powder coating project in this facility, which primarily focused on coating metal bed frames for customers from the Netherlands.
  • In 2008, the company underwent organizational restructuring – the powder coating plant continued to operate under Jelínek s.r.o., while other activities were transferred to the newly established company Tiskárna MH s.r.o. Both companies have the same owners, and the business thus remains a purely family-owned company.
  • In 2011, Tiskárna MH purchased a new 3D CNC router including specialized software, enabling the milling of large designs. The maximum size of the machined workpiece can be up to 3 x 2 metres! Thanks to the software, we are also able to produce fully 3D engraved designs in these dimensions.
  • In 2013, we acquired a 5-axis spraying machine, thanks to which we can achieve the highest quality flocking. The first project was a series of components for the luxury packaging of Johnnie Walker Blue Label whisky.
  • In 2015, we successfully obtained ISO 9001 certification.
  • In 2016, we entered the automotive industry, including in the flocking segment, and as an initial project we carried out flocking of armrests for luxury Mercedes S-Class vehicles, where the highest quality standards are required.
  • In 2018, we expanded our technological facilities with a Xerox C75 production printer capable of precise printing onto paper up to SRA3 format. We also added an Epilog CO₂ laser with dimensions of 600 x 400 mm.
  • In the same year, the company Tiskárna MH s.r.o. was renamed to Tiskárna Jelínek s.r.o.
  • In 2019, we acquired an OKI ES 7411 printer with white toner for even higher quality heat-transfer graphics on textiles. We also welcomed a 50W fiber laser for marking metal objects.
  • In 2020, we built a new line for flocking swab sticks for the healthcare sector.
  • In 2021, we added DTF textile printing technology to our technological portfolio. We can now print full-colour textile designs starting from just one piece.
