Pad printing
When printing objects of more complex shapes, pad printing with high-quality and durable coverage comes into play. The technology is suitable for the vast majority of plastic, metal, wood or paper products. It creates high-quality and durable direct colors. It is not primarily intended for printing rotary objects such as glasses and cups. It cannot print them “all the way around”, but it adapts perfectly to printing in parts.
Screen printing
Screen printing is a suitable technology for printing textiles and plastics, especially on larger and flat surfaces. The details are not as fine as with pad printing.
We have a total of 4 types of screen printing machines in our company. We can print both flat objects, such as bags and textiles, and rotary products, such as mugs and glasses. Screen printing creates a durable image on the product that will not peel off like a regular sticker.
Hot stamping
Hot stamping creates a metallic sheen that ordinary paints cannot achieve. This gives the products a very luxurious look. We can do both rotary and flat hot stamping.
Our machinery park includes both machines that allow printing on rotary objects and printing on flat parts. This allows us to ensure printing from cosmetic packaging to automotive products.
Flock, flocking
Flock, flocking, suede and some even use the term flocking.
Either way, it is about creating a “suede” surface on almost any product. The surface can be purely cosmetic, to make the product look better or functional. For example, swab sticks are also produced by flocking.
We specialize exclusively in serial orders, where we are able to prepare a production line tailored to the product.
