For textile printing, it is always necessary to choose the right technology depending on the type of motif and the purpose of the textile. In our production, we have almost all technologies for textile printing.
Below is a list of all technologies available directly in our production. You don’t have to worry about choosing a technology. Write to us what you need to print and where and we will choose the right technology for you.
Screen printing – the oldest and most durable method of printing textiles. The colors are pressed into the textile through a stencil in a mesh. The color combines with the fiber and creates a permanent print. We can print almost all textile materials (cotton, PES, softshell, …). Ideal technology for larger series.
DTF – Direct To Foil – The most modern method of printing textiles. We print the motif on the foil with a digital printer. We apply glue to the foil, bake it in an oven and iron the resulting decal onto the textile. It creates a very durable, full-color and high-quality print. Ideal technology for individual pieces and smaller series.
Sublimation – A modern method of printing textiles with a content of at least 60% polyester. The advantage is that the color is absorbed into the fibers and the print does not create any “plaque”. At the same time, however, it is limited mainly to white textiles.
Cut foil – We cut the special foil into the desired shape on a plotter according to the desired color. The resulting motif is then ironed onto the textile. Very durable prints with permanent colors. Suitable for single-color motifs and motifs with special effects (reflex, gold, etc.)
Solvent printing – Printing of iron-on foil with eco-solvent inks. Technology suitable for complementing DTF technology. Thanks to this technology, we can also print sublimation-dyed textiles, such as jerseys.
